Our instrument collection comprises of mainly laboratory pieces such as microscopes, scales and microtomes, however the collection often extends to other instruments such as drafting tools, cameras, magic lanterns and antique candle powered projectors. Most of the fine glassware again, is from the laboratory. Standard vintage beakers, funnels, test tubes, crucibles and dessicating jars abound. The special pieces in the collection are one-off, hand blown and often baroque in their intricacy.
